Curriculum
This boot camp will cover a lot of curriculum. From November 15th to December 31st, I’ll be publishing a new video on YouTube every day!
Every curricula item has 4 to 8 videos covering the material. Half of all the material is hands on labs that you can do for free!

How to get the most out of this boot camp and get certified
To get the most here you should watch the videos on bootcamp.techcreator.io when you’re logged in. We have automated time tracking on this website.
Make sure you know the following skills before attempting the boot camp:
basic SQL knowledge
basic Python knowledge
proficiency with Git and Docker
If you join the Discord, you can find friends who are in the same region of the world as you and they can help you stay motivated. Remember, this is A LOT of content to consume over the next 6 weeks!
Certification requirements are:
Watch all the videos to completion (this will get you the attendance certificate)
Submit and successfully complete all homework assignments graded by AI. (this will get you the excellence certificate). Homework assignments will be published at the end of each module to reinforce your skills!
How this boot camp builds into my paid January 2025 boot camp
On January 6th, 2025, I’ll be launching a new iteration of my paid boot camp. If you learn all the material in the free boot camp and get certified, you will qualify for a significant discount into this paid boot camp!
In the paid boot camp, you will use actual cloud tools (which I provide for free). You’ll learn about all the current state-of-the-art data engineering technologies like Airflow, dbt, Apache Iceberg, Snowflake, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, and Spark Streaming. I know basic Python, SQL and Git. Used docker a couple of times so I can pick that up I guess. But no professional developer experience. Will take this course and see how far I can go :)
